TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering, you are allowing MSTI to charge your credit card. Refunds will be issued to those participants who notify the AMHTI/MSTI within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, or those who have an extreme circumstance which prohibits them from attending at the last minute (documented proof required). Those registering for the full program will have 12 days from the day of enrollment to withdraw. A refund will be issued minus $35/CE for any completed coursework and a $100 convenience fee.
