Lisa Delaplace is a licensed clinical social worker and received their Sex Therapy Certification from Modern Sex Therapy Institutes (MSTI). She is an MSTI and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor-in-Training with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through complex relational and sexual concerns. She holds clinical licenses and is an approved supervisor in both Washington State and Texas. In her private practice, Lisa draws from training in several evidence-based couples therapy modalities and primarily works from the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. Lisa specializes in couples and sex therapy, with a focus on complex trauma, desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunction, and out-of-control sexual behaviors.

Lisa is also EMDR-certified and a Consultant-in-Training, blending attachment, trauma, and systems perspectives in both therapy and supervision. She has worked in diverse settings including hospitals, crisis systems, community mental health, and leadership roles, which inform her integrative and trauma-informed approach to care.
