Morgan is an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor-in-Training who specializes in supporting individuals and couples in cultivating healthy, fulfilling, and authentic sexual lives. Drawing from an integrative, evidence-based approach, she assists clients in addressing a wide range of sexual concerns including anorgasmia, vaginismus, low libido, menopausal transitions, erectile difficulties, sexual self-esteem challenges, and the impact of anxiety and relational dynamics on sexual functioning.
Morgan Dominguez also works extensively with clients navigating “porn addiction”, sexual compulsivity, infidelity recovery, and identity exploration related to LGBTQIA+ experiences, kink, and BDSM. Her therapeutic style combines cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, multicultural, and relational frameworks to create a space that is compassionate, shame-free and grounded in both physiology and psychological understanding of sexuality.
Morgan is EMDR-trained and brings specialized expertise in trauma, relationships, and couples counseling. She helps clients heal from past wounds while fostering emotional and erotic intimacy. In addition to her clinical work, she conducts continuing education trainings for clinicians focused on treating female diminished desire and orgasm difficulties, offering CE credits towards licensure.
As a Supervisor-in-Training, Morgan is passionate about supporting developing clinicians and sex therapists in deepening their clinical skills, confidence, and self-awareness when working with complex sexual concerns. She emphasizes the importance of cultivating a nonjudgmental stance, integrating biopsychosocial perspectives, and attending to issues of transference, countertransference, and therapist comfort in sexual content.
