As a Gender & Certified Sex Therapist, Rae works with folks feeling anxious and lost about a transition they’re experiencing in sex, gender, sexual identity, or relationships. They help folks uncover more of who they are so they feel confident in their own skin, providing the support they need to go from feeling broken and alone to whole and part of a community.

Rae’s specializations include gender therapy for transgender/non-binary/questioning individuals, sex therapy, the LGBTQ population, trauma, sexual pain, PTSD, and kink/poly affirming care. Their clinical style is warm and collaborative, helping you locate and build upon the strengths you already have in your life in order to create change while challenging behaviors and thoughts that aren’t working.

Rae is dedicated to helping folks find new avenues of pleasure & connection in their life. She holds a Master of Education in Community Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. They graduated from the University of Michigan’s Sexual Health Certificate Program with specializations in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education.

Rae provides workshops, coaching, speaking, and consultation for professional audiences, as well as the general public, on topics related to gender and sexual diversity, eroticism, and relationships.
