Jasmine Lamboy, LCSW-C is the CEO of Mind/Matters Therapy and Consulting. She is a lesbian, polyamorous, kink therapist. She takes a person-centered approach which includes taking time to build a rapport with her clients to better assist them in identifying and reaching their goals. She takes a non-judgmental approach towards her clients. She specializes in trauma work, relationship and sex therapy. She has a great deal of experience working with the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ community, and the Polyamorous/Consensual Non-monogamous community. She received her BA from Morgan State University in Education. She received her MSW degree from Howard University in Social Work and is currently obtaining her Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology from Modern Sex Therapy Institutes (MSTI).
She is well versed in relationship therapy, trauma work, cognitive behavioral therapy, grief/healing work, along with a vast knowledge in a multitude of different mental health concerns. She uses a holistic approach focusing on the mind-body connection. She has a passion for helping people identify and reach their goals to become the people they are proud to be.
Her empathetic outlook enables her clients to feel safe as they share their experiences. Her passion is to empower her clients as they work together to build and embrace skills that give them the power to live a higher quality of life.
