Dr. Sami Turley is a physical therapist that specializes in Pelvic Health for all genders, and has a certification in Sex Counseling. She graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of MO in 2011 and practiced in a multitude of settings before being introduced to pelvic health. She loves the challenge of helping patients with pelvic health and sexual health issues, and understands the importance of a holistic approach. She has extensive experience with patients who have experienced trauma, only enhanced by her years working with veterans. She finds great fulfillment in her work and enjoys helping patients connect with their bodies and inner self, which leads to enhanced connections with others. She is the physical therapy supervisor at the VA Hospital in Columbia, MO in addition to her clinical duties.
