Shetress Woods is the owner and founder of Life’s Uncertainties, LLC in Rockledge, Florida. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, Certified Grief Informed Professional, and Certified Sex Therapist. She has 17 years of experience. Shetress has devoted her career to assisting others in navigating through life’s challenges. She has had the honor of facilitating the healing process while demonstrating empathy, patience, genuineness, and a non-judgmental approach.

Throughout her career, she has therapeutically treated clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, sexual abuse, relational issues, and past trauma. She provides both individual and couples counseling. Shetress firmly believes the counseling environment must be a safe space where clients can openly express themselves and work towards growth and healing.
