If you register for the Florida only certification, as per Florida’s resquirements, you do not complete a SAR and will have 20 hours of group supervision only.

FLORIDA SEX THERAPY CERTIFICATIONS

Florida is the only state that requires a therapist to be certified to practice sex therapy. If you are a Florida Licensed (or Licensed eligible) therapist, and only want the Florida certification, you can choose from the following options. Doctoral level therapists are required to complete 150 educational hours, while Masters level therapists are only required to complete 120 educational hours. Payment plans are available for these courses.

For Live Courses: To obtain CE credits, attendees must attend the entire course and complete an evaluation to receive credit.


For asynchronous/recorded courses, attendees must complete the course, pass the posttest (80% in 3 attempts) and complete the evaluation to receive credit.
