Description:
The Business of Clinical Sexology Part 2 is an 8-hour advanced intensive designed for clinicians, educators, and coaches who are ready to turn their expertise into a sustainable, scalable practice. Building on Part 1 and drawing from previously taught classes in this series, this course focuses on the how of doing business—what you offer, how you deliver it, how you protect it, and how you get paid for it in aligned, ethical ways.
In the first half of the day, we’ll refine and expand your service suite, with a focus on tools you can use directly with clients and students. You’ll explore different delivery models—1:1 work, groups, courses, public speaking/teaching, and events—while learning how to protect your intellectual property at every stage. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of which services fit your current capacity, your long-term goals, and your unique clinical or educational style.
The second half dives into money, visibility, and long-term sustainability. We’ll cover diversifying your income streams, pricing your services with clarity and confidence, and negotiating with organizational partners. You’ll learn key contract concepts you must understand before you sign anything, how to implement accessibility needs in both your content and your brand, and practical strategies for building credibility and media presence. We’ll close with real-world guidance on navigating common challenges in the field so you can build a business that honors your values, your communities, and your expertise.
