Jennifer is a Maryland and Florida licensed LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical) and CHT (Certified Hypnotherapist) with advanced certifications in clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR therapy and sex therapy. She is an AASECT certified Sex Therapist which is a nationally recognized certification for sex therapy.
Jennifer has more than 30 years of experience counseling adults, couples and children. Well versed in numerous therapies, including trauma therapies, hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), group therapy and providing psychoeducational workshops.
In addition to being a therapist, Jennifer is a teacher and hypnotherapy supervisor for the “Wellness Institute” teaching fellow therapists the vital skills of hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I have also worked extensively as a counselor for the United States Department of Defense.
Jennifer works in a holistic, systemic way resolving and healing issues connected to a trauma history, trauma messaging and other experiences limiting full expression of ones sexual being. Additionally, she addresses the issues within a couples relational world that are in turn effecting expression of a fully satisfying sexual relationship.
