When we learn to mindfully observe ourselves, others, and the world, and be with our difficult experiences rather than avoid them, we heal. We find new ways to cope, integrate difficulties, and thrive.
I specialize in working with sexual minorities including kink-identified folks, the queer community, and anyone in non-monogamous relationships.
I use a variety of tools and approaches including trauma-informed mindfulness skills, IFS, expressive art techniques, attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, somatic awareness, and self-compassion training to help my clients see themselves, others, and the world more clearly.
