Noelle Benach, LCPC, CST, is a psychotherapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist who works with both individual clients and folks in relationships to address concerns such as anxiety, sexual health and wellness, LGBTQIA+ concerns, trauma, grief, body liberation, fat acceptance, and related struggles.

Noelle is based in Baltimore, Maryland, which is located on the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Piscataway Conoy Tribe. Telehealth services allows her to work with individuals and couples all across the state of Maryland.

Noelle rejects the one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and instead work with you to cultivate a personalized space for processing, venting, healing, and (when you’re ready), change and growth.
