- Demonstrate how to effectively teach patients the use of penis pumps and traction devices as part of rehabilitation strategies, empowering providers to optimize recovery and long-term sexual health outcomes.
Speaker Bio:
Dr. Amy Pearlman is a board-certified urologist with specialized expertise in male and female sexual health, male hormonal health, and genitourinary health. She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed her urology residency at the University of Pennsylvania. She went on to complete a fellowship in male sexual and reproductive medicine, genitourinary reconstruction, and andrology at Wake Forest University.
Dr. Pearlman served as the Director of Men’s Health at the University of Iowa. After several years in academic medicine, she co-founded Prime Institute, a concierge medical clinic in Coral Gables, Florida, with her twin sister, Dr. Michelle Pearlman, a board-certified gastroenterologist.
Social workers completing this course receive 1 general continuing education credit.
