Gain practical tools of language and framework about BDSM communication to serve your clients better. This presentation will provide useful tools for people to better understand their desires while assessing and challenging biases and assumptions.
Even as popular media has brought BDSM to general awareness as a sexual option, it still fails to provide realistic vocabulary to discussion of nuanced desires that is free of judgment, stigma and common biases.
Midori has spent the two decades teaching around “alternative sexuality”. In particular she works with queer population, women and couples, on how to define, explore and express their desire for power exchange and creative erotic play.
Both clinicians and sex educators will learn how to use the “Appetite Grid” to help couples discuss potential play in an open-ended and precise way.
