Course Description
This class is a beginner’s guide to a deeper understanding of your sexual relationship with yourself and another. We will dive into Jewish Mysticism while staying grounded and practical. This class will utilize different psychology voices to highlight certain points. This class will include reflection questions, exercises, and meditation.

Activity Schedule
25 minutes – Intro to Jewish Mysticism and the Sefirotic tree
1 hour, 10 mins – Exploring the Sefira Yesod (Foundation of self) which will explore how your sexual self is intertwined with your ability to relate to your inner child.
40 minutes- Exploring the Sefira of Tiferet (Beauty) which will explore empowered intimacy & higher vibrational sexual relationship
35 minutes – Exploring the Sefirot of Chochmah (wisdom) & Bina (Understanding) which will explore transcendent sex from a spiritual (soul) perspective.
10 minutes – questions
Presenter Bio
Shely Esses is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and practicing as a Sex Therapist. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and Jewish Studies, with a focus on Jewish healing. She is experienced and practical when weaving together Psychology & Jewish mysticism in her classes and therapeutic style. Shely brings a humanistic and experiential-holistic approach to everything she does. She is on a mission to help others heal and feel comfortable in their own skin.
