Licensed in Texas, USA
I provide a compassionate, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for individuals and couples seeking support with sexuality, intimacy, relationships, trauma, and emotional wellness. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist through the Modern Sex Therapy Institute, I recognize that conversations about sex and intimacy can be deeply personal and are often influenced by our relationships, past experiences, culture, faith, and the messages we have received about sexuality.
My practice supports clients navigating concerns such as sexual desire and desire discrepancies, intimacy and connection, sexual shame or guilt, sexual functioning concerns, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, infidelity, trauma, and developing a healthier relationship with sexuality.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, person-centered, trauma-informed, and relational. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the whole person rather than reducing concerns to symptoms or sexual functioning alone. When appropriate, I incorporate my specialized training in trauma treatment, couples work, and Brainspotting to address the emotional and relational experiences that may contribute to sexual concerns.
I am particularly passionate about helping clients explore the intersection of sexuality, identity, relationships, trauma, and faith. For clients who desire it, Christian faith integration can be incorporated into therapy while maintaining a respectful space for clients from diverse backgrounds and belief systems.
Ultimately, my goal is to help clients move beyond shame and disconnection toward greater understanding, authenticity, emotional safety, intimacy, and sexual wellness.
