I’m Natalie Wood, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist providing online therapy to individuals and couples throughout Washington State.

I specialize in sex and relationship therapy, with particular interests in neurodivergent and mixed-neurotype relationships, intimacy, attachment, sexual concerns, and relational trauma.

My work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, attachment-focused EMDR, and sex therapy to help clients understand the patterns shaping their relationships with themselves and others.

I welcome conversations about desire, intimacy, identity, communication, relationship structures, and the complicated parts of being human. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-affirming, and inclusive of consensually non-monogamous relationships.

Therapy with me is curious, compassionate, and human. There is room for difficult conversations, humor, and the parts of ourselves we don’t always know how to talk about.
